AZ Alkmaar star Rasmus Elm has admitted he would be interested in joining Manchester United.

The Sweden midfielder has been linked with a January move to Old Trafford and earlier this week his agent remained tight-lipped on the speculation.
Elm, 23, has confessed to taking the transfer talk as a compliment, but he has also insisted he remains focused on his career at AZ.
“You have to take rumours for what they are, but it is obviously flattering if there is some truth in it,” Elm told Sportbladet.
“I don’t close the door to any league. But the most important is to develop here and do as well as I can in Holland.”
He I’m getting more and more suspicious that clubs (or is it the media?) do their scouting or transfer links after looking at players’ stats on Football Manager…..Certainly Rasmus Elm always has some very impressive creativity and passing stats…..Could FM’s scouting/knowledge base be an untapped scouting network for clubs? SOunds weird but maybe….
